Collection pit:

Production wastewater is collected by the system and pumped into the equalization tank. The collection pit is the place where wastewater collects. Want to stabilize the flow and concentration of the waste stream. Wastewater is pumped to the conditioning tank and color treatment nano tank.

Here, an air blower is arranged to speed up the cooling process of the wastewater before entering the nano combination physicochemical reactor tank cluster through the air distribution disc system arranged in the tank.

Physical and chemical tank cluster:

Acids or bases are injected. To adjust the pH value to create the most favorable conditions for the flocculation – flocculation process. After that, alum and polymer are injected in a certain amount. In order to increase the size and volume of flocs, creating favorable conditions for the sedimentation process to take place in the sedimentation tank.

Physical and chemical settling tank: 

Responsible for settling and separating sludge flocs from wastewater. The sludge after settling in the settling tank is pumped to the sludge dewatering machine.

Ozonation tank:

After treatment, wastewater will be directed to an ozone tank, equipped with ozone to completely eliminate bacteria, and pumped to a water pressure filter tank. The wastewater discharged to the receiving source meets QCVN13:2015/BTNMT, column A.
