Production wastewater collection pit

All wastewater generated from the company’s production area is collected and directed to the wastewater collection pit (the system for collecting production wastewater and leading to the collection pit is implemented by the Investor). Wastewater from the sump is pumped by a submersible wastewater pump to the treatment system.

Reaction tank

The reaction tank is responsible for receiving wastewater from the collection pit and conducting wastewater treatment using chemical technology.

The company’s production wastewater has unstable pH entering the wastewater treatment system. In the reaction tank, there is an automatic pH measuring device (pH controller). The pH controller will automatically measure the pH of the input wastewater. of the system, and automatically controls one of two chemical dosing pumps to balance wastewater pH according to the pre-set pH index at the pH controller.

The purpose of adjusting the pH in wastewater to a predetermined value is to stabilize wastewater pH, increase the treatment efficiency of chemical treatment, and save chemicals used in the treatment process. physical.

Flocculation tank

After the wastewater is adjusted to a pH of 6.5-7.5, the wastewater overflows through the flocculation tank.

The flocculation aid chemical (PAC, or alum) is diluted into the chemical tank, and the chemical is quantitatively pumped into the flocculation tank.

To mix the flocculation chemicals and wastewater evenly, a stirring motor and paddle are installed in the tank to mix the wastewater with the flocculation chemicals. After being mixed with chemicals, the wastewater overflows into the flocculation tank.

Floating tank

The wastewater after the flocculation tank overflows into the flocculation tank, the flocculating chemical (polymer) is diluted into the chemical tank, and the chemical is quantitatively pumped into the flocculating tank.

To mix the flocculating chemicals and wastewater evenly, a stirring motor and paddle are installed in the tank to mix the wastewater with the flocculating chemicals.

Polymer chemicals are responsible for binding together small flocs suspended in wastewater after the flocculation process to form larger sized sludge flocs capable of settling by gravity.
After the wastewater is mixed with chemicals, the wastewater flows to the sedimentation tank to settle the sludge flocs.

After the flocculation tank, the mixture of wastewater and physicochemical sludge is led to the sludge settling tank.

All wastewater is directed into the central settling tube, the settling tube is arranged in the middle of the settling tank, under the effect of gravity, the sludge flocs settle to the bottom of the settling tank, the sludge separation water is collected in the collection trough. above.

Plating wastewater treatment

The sludge in the settling tank is pumped to the sludge tank. The sludge separation water from the sludge tank is returned to the collection pit of the treatment system, and returned to the wastewater treatment process.

The sludge from the wastewater treatment process is a chemical sludge, collected and treated in the form of hazardous waste collection and treatment (The hazardous waste code of this type of sludge is: 070104_ according to the regulations). Circular 36 2015/TT-BTNMT).

– Reverse filter tank: Wastewater after the settling process is led to the reverse filter tank. The filter tank is responsible for filtering again the sludge flocs in the wastewater that cannot settle from the sedimentation process.

Wastewater from the settling tank is directed to the reverse filter tank. The wastewater pipe collecting water from the collection trough of the settling tank is led to near the bottom of the filter tank. The wastewater moves from the bottom up, through a layer of filter material including sand. Quartz, activated carbon… to once again filter the remaining suspended substances in wastewater before discharging to the receiving source.
